Hood River Indoor Farmers Market Continues through April

January 29, 2019
The Hood River Farmers Market indoor season continues through April on the first and third Saturday of the month from 1pm – 4pm inside The Ruins (formerly Springhouse Cellars) near 1st and Cascade Avenue. Hood River Farmers Market is the only year-round farmers market in the Gorge, offering our community a place to buy directly from local producers every month of the year.
This year, the cozy indoor market features more produce than ever. Customers can also find a wide variety of locally made and raised goods: meats, eggs, cheese, baked goods, sauerkrauts, honey, kombucha, jams, preserves, dried herbs and more!
The market, operated by local non-profit Gorge Grown Food Network, will also celebrate local artisans, including unique handmade gifts from local artists and makers.
The farmers market accepts credit, debit, Veggie Rx and SNAP EBT. SNAP shoppers can receive a free $10 bonus when they use their benefits at the market. Young shoppers can receive a free $2 token to buy fruits for veggies from a local farmer. Stop by the market info table at the market or contact Market Manager, Hannah Ladwig for more information, Hannah@gorgegrown.com or 541-490-6420.
