Event Description:
Wardell will read from her book Of Moose and Me: Animal Tales from an Alaskan Childhood K. Brenna Wardell is a writer and teacher who grew up in Alaska. She has published poetry with several small presses, and her work has been presented at Teatro Milagro in Portland, Oregon, and the Last Frontier Theatre Conference in Valdez, Alaska. She has written for publications such as the Anchorage Daily News and the theatre magazine Callboard and workshopped her poetry at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of North Alabama, where she teaches courses in film and literature.
