Summer Reading Events and Performances for Kids and Families at the Hood River County Libraries
 
The Hood River County Library District offers a summer of weekly performers, classes, and events at the Hood River, Parkdale, and Cascade Locks libraries.
 
Performances and classes in Hood River include:

Wed June 20 - 5:30pm: Jugglemania with Rhys Thomas
Wed June 27 - 5:30pm: Tears of Joy Puppet Theater with the Vain Little Mouse
Wed July 11 - 5:30pm: Dragon Theater Puppets with Rock and Roll Caveman
Wed July 18 - 5:30pm: Adam Miller, folksinger and storyteller
Wed Aug 1 - 5:30pm: Charlie "The Noise Guy" Williams
Wed Aug 8 - 5:30pm: Alex Zerbe, Professional Zaniac
Wed Aug 15 - 5:30pm: Reptile Man and his live reptiles.
 
Fridays at 1pm: Actor-noons -theater games and acting basics with members of HRVHS's Phoenix Theater.
 
Performances and events in Parkdale include:
 
Wed June 20 - 2pm: Jugglemania with Rhys Thomas
Fri July 20 - noon: Giant Bubble Blowing
Wed Aug 15 - 2pm: Reptile Man and his live reptiles.
 
Performances and events in Cascade Locks include:
 
Wed June 27 - 2pm: Tears of Joy Puppet Theater with the Vain Little Mouse
Wed July 11 - 2pm: Dragon Theater Puppets with Rock and Roll Caveman
Wed Aug 8 - 2pm: Alex Zerbe, Professional Zaniac
