Join us for our Brewmaster Dinner. Chef Josh Hedrick and Brewmaster Greg Doss team up to create four courses paired perfectly with our ridiculously tasty beers. HOPTOBER BREW MASTER DINNER Brewer’s Gold Cheese Plate Gourmet cheeses, toasted Pine Street Bakery baguette, hop honey butter, pine syrup, and honeycomb garnish. Paired with: “21” Doppelbock Nugget & Saaz Beet Salad Salt-roasted beets, heirloom carrots, Olio Verde, Maldon sea salt and, hop aioli topped with micro greens. Paired with: The Gold Standard Fresh Hop Pale Ale Denali Lamb Confit Confit lamb shoulder, beluga lentils, heirloom tomato, black plum, and mint hop jelly. Paired with: Atomizer IPA Citra & Ekuanot Ice Cream Sandwich Hopped vanilla ice cream between chocolate cookies garnished with candied marigolds, pink peppercorn & hops, and Amber Ale caramel. Paired with: 2008 Top Sail Bourbon Porter and 2010 Old Boardhead Barleywine Our Brewmaster Dinners are held on the second Thursday of each month October through April.
